About Lorna

Lorna is a self taught seamstress. She started sewing at the age of 12, locking herself in her bedroom with her mothers Singer Featherweight sewing machine. More than 45 years, 2 children and 3 grandchildren later she has sewn herself into a world of creative fun.
Lorna prides herself in creating one-of-a-kind hand painted garments and accessories. Her line includes jackets, vests, pants, tops, dresses, handbags, and pillows.
Because every piece is hand made, some garments will vary slightly. This makes each piece a unique work of art

In 2006 Lorna’s creativity was once again inspired by a friends beading world. After being introduced to the fringe technique by Valesca Bogard of V Lines Ltd., she bought Valescas Fringe Magic Jewelry business in 2007. It was then that she started a new journey. Following all the years of playing with color in her wearable art, it was only natural for her work to open up a whole new medium. Blending the two has been a joy.

The creativity never stops with Lorna. This year, 2017, she has started to play with up-cycling Thrift Store finds and creating another form of wearable art using her already developed talent for mixing fabrics, paints and color.

Most garments are available to be made through custom order in all sizes.
